The Washington Post Covers Schochor, Federico and Staton’s Lawsuit Against Johns Hopkins in Dr. Nikita Levy Case
Schochor, Federico and Staton, P.A. has filed an anonymous class action suit on behalf of patients of Dr. Nikita Levy, a former Johns Hopkins gynecologist, police say secretly recorded exams and then killed himself after the recordings were discovered.
Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, which operates a clinic where Levy worked, are named as defendants. The suit includes allegations of negligent hiring and supervision by the hospital and physician’s group and seeks $70 million in damages.
