About the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys

NAOPIA’s mission to “provide advanced educational opportunities that enable personal injury attorneys to afford their clients the best representation possible.” To be included on the NAOPIA’s list, attorneys must go through a four-part selection process. First, a peer or one of the Academy’s research staff members must nominate the attorney. The NAOPIA staff rigorously reviews each application to verify the lawyer meets the minimum requirements for inclusion. Fifty attorneys in each state are chosen to advance to the final selection stage when the Board of Governors officially selects the Top 10 in each state.

Honorees are listed on the Academy’s website, which is easily accessible by any injury victim looking for an accomplished attorney to handle his or her claim.
