Tara Clary is an Associate at Schochor, Federico and Staton, P.A.

Ms. Clary received her undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in politics and French in 1992, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Baltimore in 1995.

At Schochor, Federico and Staton, Ms. Clary is responsible for working with clients to investigate their medical malpractice cases. Having spent 12 years as a medical malpractice defense attorney before joining the firm, Ms. Clary has a strong appreciation for what it takes to formulate a successful case.

As the daughter of two physicians, Ms. Clary brings a natural interest in medical policy and health care law to her practice. This unique perspective makes her especially valuable when consulting new clients and investigating their cases.

When she is not being a lawyer, Ms. Clary is a loving mother, and an avid reader of historical and science fiction.
